Outbalanced carb diet against reflux

17.07.2013 by Reflux Medical

Outbalanced carb diet against Reflux and metabolic dysbalance. Here you learn how nutrition eliminates Reflux and Heartburn without need for medical therapy or antireflux surgery.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease ( GERD) with Heartburn, acid regurgitation, coughing, wheezing, burning throat, tongue, swallowing difficulties and Asthma affect 20%-30% of the population. 20%-30% of GERD patients harbor premalignant Barrett‘s esophagus with an increased risk for cancer development.

Cause: abnormal eating behavior (too often, much, sweet; alcohol; nicotine) damages the Anti reflux mechanism in the lower end of the esophagus (gullet): Reflux, inflammation of the esophagus and GERD symptoms occur.

In addition to the GERD symptoms, abnormal eating behavior also affects the metabolism. Food and beverages containing increased amounts of concentrated, artificial sugars and /or preservatives cause a Dysbalance of the Metabolism: this empties the battery of the body, pain and symptoms develop.

Dysbalance of the metabolism impairs the LIFE QUALITY & PRODUCTIVITY due to:

  1. fatigue, weakness, Stomach-, breast- pain, headache 1-3 hrs after a meal±cold sweat.
  2. food fills the Stomach like a heavy stone.
  3. Fullness, gas bloating.

Overtime, in addition to Reflux, the dysblance causes:

  1. Migraine, high blood pressure, abdominal pain, constipation/diarrhea.
  2. Overweight (Obesity)
  3. Allergies: asthma, skin diseases (neurodermatitis; psoriasis; akne vulgaris).
  4. Arthiritis, Neuralgia of arms, hands, legs, feet (rheuma).
  5. Derpession & Alzheimer‘s disease.

Presence of one or more of the above complaints indicates that you suffer from a DYSBALANCE OF THE METABOLISM (METABOLIC DYSBALANCE), which is caused by:

  1. abnormal eating behavior (too much, often, sweet; nicotine, alcohol)
  2. heavy energy eater within your body (polyp, tumor, inflammation)
  3. a combination of both items (1 & 2).

Informative tests exclude the presence of a suspected heavy energy eater (blood tests, radiologic examinations etc.). Following exclusion of the heavy energy eater, a nutrition free of concentrated sugars and preservatives i.e. the outbalanced carb diet, eliminates the METABOLIC DYSBALANCE and the symptoms. In over 70% of the cases, the outbalanced carb diet successfully eliminates Reflux without the need for medical therapy or antireflux surgery.
